Entry from Kuwait to Italy

Based on the Order of the Ministry of Health of 29 July 2021, Kuwait belongs to list E.
Entry to Italy from List E countries does not require authorization from the Ministry of Health. Still, it is allowed only for specific reasons: work, health reasons, study reasons, absolute urgency, return to one’s domicile, home, or residence. Therefore, entry to Italy for tourism is not permitted.
